Our Full mold
inspections cost $75.00 and include a full inspection of
the following:
Interior and Exterior mold assessment, Inspection of the
basement and the garage visible mold intrusion,
Investigation of kitchen, bathrooms, crawl spaces and
attics for mold problems.
Our evaluation will include instruction on preventative
measures. The full inspection does not cover lab costs,
an average lab cost may be $35.00
Possible lab tests:
- Air-O-Cell
Gets PPM in a square yard of the affected room plus an
outside sample to compare.
- Swab testing of mold to determine the type of mold
- Tape Sample
- In Wall or ceiling sample
During our evaluation we will determine the type of
testing needed.
